Jen Clarke - Strength Trainer
“Don’t look back, you’re not going that way.” A mantra that has kept me striving to push myself harder and be better than I was the day before. My main aim as a coach is to get people moving more and feeling better than they were yesterday. Along with 1-1 Personal Training sessions I offer semi-private and small group training.
Jen's Favourite Personal Achievement:
It would be a toss up between the Spartan Ultra and a trail race I won while I was living in Korea. The Spartan Ultra was over 30 miles distance with climbing, lifting, and crawling that took over 13 hours. The trail race was through some of the mountains in Korea, about 26km with almost 2,000m climbing. It took around 5 hours and I did not expect to place, let alone win!

Joe Feeney - PT/Powerlifter
About Joe: I've spent most of my life trying to make my body bigger and stronger and found a passion in helping others do the same! I focus mainly on strength/sport performance related goals but I do coach several clients for body composition too.

Gaining a British record for Squat and Bench in 2016 at the British Powerlifting Championships.
