Here’s how we do things differently. We assess where you’re at and pair you with a coach who’s a perfect fit for you. Our coaches don’t just stand at the top shouting down instructions—they jump right in there with you. They support you, push you when you need it, and help pull you up when you’re stuck.

Primal Life Gym in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, is a family-friendly strength and conditioning gym that believes strength is the foundation of everything. Our mission is to help people live longer, stronger, and fuller lives through the freedom of movement in their own bodies.

We specialize in group training, small group sessions, and semi-private personal training, along with nutrition coaching. Since our founding, we’ve been dedicated to helping clients achieve and maintain their fitness goals for life. Whether it’s losing body fat, building muscle, boosting health, or enhancing performance, we create tailored training and nutrition plans that suit your lifestyle and guide you toward your goals.

Our gym offers a spacious environment dedicated to providing focused coaching, creating a supportive community where you can work towards your results with expert guidance. At Primal Life Gym, you’ll avoid the stress of a crowded gym and the confusion of not knowing what to do, while getting the personalised attention you need.

We take pride in being experts at what we do, having helped countless members achieve their goals. We’re fully committed to empowering our community to live stronger, healthier, and more fulfilled lives.

You can find the class schedule in the Schedule section of our website. We offer TRIBE Training and Small Group Personal Training, which includes our women’s Strong(Her) group and our men’s Strength Camp group.

For Semi-Private Personal Training, the schedule is based on your avaliability and coach availability, which we’ll provide for you.

Our membership rates start at £97/month, and we offer various programs to meet your fitness needs. Our TRIBE Training sessions focus on fun and challenging classes that improve fitness, build basic strength, and boost cardio while burning calories and enhancing body composition. Small Group Personal Training, one of our most popular memberships, aims at building muscle and improving strenght & performance in smaller more focused groups. Our Semi-Private Personal Training offers fully customised workouts tailored to your goals, along with personalised nutrition coaching for faster results.

We suggest joining our 30-day Results In Advance Program, where you can try us out for 30 days risk-free. For £197, you get access to all our TRIBE Training sessions and Small Group Personal Training, plus four Semi-Private Personal Training sessions with a Primal Life coach and nutrition guidance throughout the 30 days. You’ll also receive an injury and performance assessment from our in-house physio.

When we say “Risk-Free,” we mean that if you participate in the Results In Advance Program and feel like you’re not getting the promised value after a week or two, just let us know, and we’ll refund every penny—no paperwork, no hassle. We’re confident in our ability to help you reach your goals, which is why we offer this program to let you try us out. Most people who do the program end up continuing with us as members.

Yes, many of our clients come to us with little or no training experience, and we help them achieve their fitness goals by starting them where they are. We provide a safe and supportive environment, adjusting to their needs and goals, and guiding them every step of the way. Our coaches are highly experienced in training people at all fitness levels.

The Primal Team have over 15 years of experiance and can offer support to Teams and  individuals alike. We’ve worked with over 100 athletes, ranging from Univercity sports teams to professional athletes. Primal Life Gym in Lincoln, Lincolnshire has built relationships with local sports teams and has trained a variety of professional athletes. 

 

Yes, we can arrange a discovery session to understand your goals and show how we can best support you. We’ll advise on the best steps and determine if we are a good fit for each other. If you decide to work with us, we’ll move forward from there. We’ll answer all your questions clearly, present your options, and recommend the best path to help you achieve your goals. From there, you can decide to start with our Results In Advance Program or one of our memberships.
